Google docs

I have worked in google docs.
My experience is great, specially because all my staff is in different branches.
These tools allowed me to create list of supplies, coordinate calendars, create schedules and write ideas for the Chesapeake city branch.
Basically this tools offer is word, excel and outlook for free. Of course the service is limited but it is great for distance colaboration among teams.
